Typical Philippine dishes are meaty, salty, spicy, or sweet. Most are also time-consuming to prepare, or when in a hurry it is usually fried. I'm blogging about my quest for better food, that's simple and healthy, and enjoyable as well :)

Healthy no-fuss breakfast
When I'm lazy to make anything else, and I want to make sure I have a nutritious breakfast...this is what I usually prepare:
Half an orange, and half a mango, sliced
A cup of herbal tea
A cup of quick-cooked oatmeal flavored with cocoa and topped with crushed nuts Quick and yummy!
